Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a small loaf pan ( 8.5 X 4.5 inches) with parchment paper.
Lightly spray the lined pan with oil.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, mashed bananas, honey, vanilla extract cashew flour, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda, and salt and whisk together until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Use a rubber spatula to evenly distribute the batter.
Bake the banana bread for 45 minutes or until browned. Let cool in the pan for about ten minutes.
Remove bread from the pan and carefully remove the parchment paper, to allow air to circulate.
Cool the bread on the rack completely.
Slice it into 10 slices and serve.
