2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Melted Butter
1/2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Tigernut Flour
1/4 Cup Flax Seed
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
Mix eggs, maple syrup, melted butter and apple cider vinegar in a bowl
In a separate bowl, add the tigernut flour, flax seed, baking soda and sea salt together.
Mix both mixtures together and pour into a baking mold
Bake for 35-40 mins at 350 Degrees Farenheit
Let it sit for 10 minutes, cut into slices and enjoy!
