1/4 Cup Almond Milk
4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
3 Eggs
2 Cups Tigernut Flour
1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Raisins
1/8 Cup Macadamia Nuts
1/8 Cup Shredded Coconut
Pinch of Salt
Mix all listed ingredients throughly
Place mix in bakeware covered with baking sheet
Bake mix for 45 min at 350 Degrees
