Combine the dates, tigernuts, walnuts, coconut oil, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt in the bowl of a food processor and process until well combined. If the mixture seems too dry add a bit more coconut oil. Place the hemp seeds on a plate or in a shallow bowl.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and squeeze tightly in the palm of your hand, then roll each into a small ball shape, about 1 inch in diameter. Roll each ball in the hemp seeds to coat.
Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
