Let the batter rest for 5 minutes while you heat your pan over medium heat.
Grease the pan and scoop the batter into the center to form your galettes. Fry on each side for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. If you would like to add toppings, simply throw them onto your galette in the pan before flipping it! Enjoy.
