Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare the cauliflower by washing and cutting into florets.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk the milk and flour together.
Dip the florets into the milk/flour mixture and then into the breadcrumb mixture to coat them. Lay them flat onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with avocado or olive oil.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
