Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Blend the tahini, eggs, maple syrup, oil, and apple cider vinegar together in a medium/large mixing bowl.
In a separate, smaller mixing bowl, combine the flaxseed, TigerNut flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Pour the batter into a parchment-lined and greased loaf pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then remove it from the pan by pulling up the parchment paper.
Allow to cool completely and enjoy!
