1/2 Cup Butter (room temp)
1/4 Maple Syrup
1 1/4 Tigernut Flour
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Sunflower Seeds
1/4 Pumpkin Seeds
Mix butter, maple syrup and tigernut flour into a bowl
Add vanilla extract
Add sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds then mix together
Scoop equal portions and place on a baking sheet
Bake at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes
Let them cool down for 5 minutes
